These Terms & Conditions apply to the Calculator for loan: EMI mobile application developed by GARFIELD 411, LLC (called the "Application" below). The Application is provided as a free utility for loan calculations and credit limit estimates.
By downloading or using the Application, you accept these terms. Read them carefully before using the Application. Without authorization, you must not copy or alter the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks. You must also not try to extract its source code, translate the Application into another language, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property associated with the Application remain with the service provider.
The service provider is committed to keeping the Application useful and efficient. Accordingly, the provider may change the Application or begin charging for its services at any time and for any reason. You will be clearly informed of any charge for the Application or its services.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to the service provider in order to deliver the "Service." You are responsible for protecting your mobile device and controlling access to the Application. The service provider recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this removes safeguards imposed by the official operating system. Doing so may expose the device to malware, viruses, or other harmful software, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction or cease working.

Some circumstances are outside the service provider's control. Certain Application functions require an active internet connection supplied by Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function fully because Wi-Fi is unavailable or you have used all of your mobile data allowance.
If you use the Application without Wi-Fi, the terms of your mobile carrier still apply. Your carrier or another third party may bill you for data used by the Application. You are responsible for those costs, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home region or country while data roaming is enabled. If you are not the person responsible for the device account, we assume you have obtained that person's permission.
The service provider also cannot be responsible for all actions you take while using the Application. You must, for example, keep your device charged. The provider has no liability if a depleted battery prevents you from accessing the "Service."
Regarding liability arising from your use of the Application, the service provider attempts to keep displayed information accurate and up to date but depends on data supplied by third parties. The provider accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect losses caused by relying entirely on this Application functionality.
The service provider may release Application updates periodically. Requirements for its operating system, and for any additional systems on which it later becomes available, may change. You may need to download an update to continue using the Application. The provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain relevant or compatible with every operating system version on your device. Even so, you agree to install updates when offered. The provider may also stop offering the Application and terminate its use at any time without advance notice. Unless stated otherwise, when termination occurs:
- (a) Every right and license granted to you under these Terms will terminate;
- (b) You must stop using the Application and, if requested, delete it from your device.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
The service provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Review this page regularly. Changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page.
These Terms & Conditions are effective as of June 10, 2026.
